It is legal because Alltech also provides the original Claris AWGS 1.1
disks with the Focus drive in case your Focus drive crashes.  I
suppose Alltech could go through the trouble of generating labels
that were professionally printed (gloss stickers from color printing
presses) but would it be worth the trouble?  The Focus manual itself
is only photocopied, after all.
