Yes, I know.  And until Wille Yeo and Delphi A2 libraries contact the
author and get their 'Official' approval letter that they require before making
it available from either place -> it won't be at either
location :)  

Perhaps, if they want to make a varification they should,
ASAP!  That's what I did in order to get it reclassified from
commercial status to freeware status :)  If they are so good
at this - it shouldn't be to hard to find him and contact him
to get the varification on this.  I had no problem contacting
him and getting him to make the reclassification.  My biggest
problem was in finding the program, archiving it and uploading
it for freeware public access.  

It took me two years of searching for a copy of the GS Numerics,
after I got the author to reclassify it in 1996 - before I found it.  
The author of GS Numerics didn't even have a copy.  He did have 
the src. codes but, declined to furnish them - as they had special
algorythm code that he didn't want made public, which he used 
with the Macintosh version of the program, (which is commercially available).
