APW C is definitely not available anymore. When it was, the price was higher
than ORCA/C anyway.
MPW IIGS C is still available. See http://www.byteworks.org. Its more
expensive than ORCA/C, though, and you have to buy Apple's support tools,
plus come up with a copy of MPW.
