sorry... as I understand it's impossible to read AppleII-floppydisks
with an PC 5�"-diskdrive.  The only possible ways to copy the disks
into your PC is by either using your appleII (or compatible) with
a serial card or with the joystickport (impossible if your appleII
is broken), or put a special card into your PC to which you connect
an AppleII-drive (a card that is impossible to find... anyone have
build-on-yourself-description?).

So in your case...
* Try to find someone near you that may do it for you.
* or repair your GoldenII
* or buy an nonbroken AppleIIcomputer

 
(...as I understand it is possible to read AppleII-disks
with some Commodore64-diskdrives too.)
