When the Woz edition came out, the ROM version was 00. The ROM 01 upgrade
included an updated ROM chip and a video chip upgrade as the original had a
few bugs.

It has to be upgraded to ROM 01 first, and after that, everything published for
the GS will run on it. Of course you'll probably want to add a hard drive and at
least 4MB of RAM to make it easier to use, and if you can find one, add an
accellerator, then your GS will really be fun!

Most cards for the 8-bit Apple II series should work, and I believe the two you
listed are OK. Realistically you can probably find a 5.25 drive that will plug into
the floppy port and will make things easier than using a Disk II.
