the Apple IIc had an upper limit on it's serial port, of
19K - IOW, your 33.6 modem will not be able to connect at
its' top speed. I seem to recall some versions of the IIc
having problems with their serial ports and some sort of
`fix'; but I'm even more vague on that, as I've little
experience with the IIc and only recall seeing this type
of IIc info, in passing mentions in this newsgroup.
Other than that, I always recommend ProTERM v3.x, for any
of the A2 models (but that's just moi). Good luck.
