Sun MFM hard disk controller for Lisa?

This is not really an Apple II problem, but perhaps someone can help me.


I just bought a Lisa 2/5. The computer has an internal hard drive
upgrade made by Sun Remarketing. It consists of a regular Kalok 320 MFM
or RLL drive and a controller card with Omti chipset. 

This drive can be connected as a Twiggy drive (to the unused drive
cable) or as a Widget (parallel + separate power connector). These
connectors have been identified by their 5V, 12V and Gnd lines. The
drive was connected in 'Twiggy Mode' to the Drive 1 cable. Currently it
doesn't do anything, it doesn't even spin up.

There are a lot of configuration jumpers on the controller card. Now I
am looking for some information about their function. 

And how do I format the drive? Using Profile's 03-04-05 sequence or a
special diagnostic tool?
