Well if he owns it, he can do what he damn well pleases with it. If he wishes
it to be distributed, sold, or consigned to the bit bucket that is ENTIRELY
his decision and of no concern to ANYONE but him.
I have put much of my company's more popular software on my web page for
downloading but I have not put all of it there for various reasons. But you
know if someone had said something like what you said to me, I'd never have
put it there.
It's there 'cause someone politely and nicely asked if I'd make Mines of Moria
available. They even helped me test the posting method and everything. Then
they said thank you.
