What about AppleShare.FST?

If all AT stuff is gone and no program or INIT which cares about AT is
involved in your startup and the AT error message is not consistent, then,
maybe, the AT error message is just what sometimes gets displayed as a result
of the crash and not relevant.
What is your ProDOS startup program?
What happens if your ProDOS startup program is a simple BASIC program
which just does, say, a CATALOG?
Something else to consider is that you may have a corrupted ProDOS. You
can find a good ProDOS v2.0.3 on the PDStdUtils31.sdk disk on Ground at
ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/useful.stuff/Disks/ . You can unshrink the
.sdk file to 5.25" diskette using 8-bit ShrinkIt and copy the PRODOS file.
