Certain versions of Prodos expect to find the atinit file during
bootup. Normally the file does nothing unless it finds the
Appletalk hardware. The P8 version which comes with GSOS does not.
But I don't know about the official P8 release. If the user isn't
using Appletalk, I always suggest they use this version.

This crash at bootup has occurred only recently with the "ATINT not
present" error message. I have no idea what has changed to cause this.
