Re: IIe Capslock problem
Sounded like one or both of your shift keys (not the cap lock) is stuck. You
can find this out by hitting the numerics (the row above QWERTY) and see if
you are getting symbols. If this is the case, you might want to press the
shift keys a couple times to see if this will clear it up. If not you may
need to replace the key switche(s.) Note that over the ten som odd years of
product life, Apple has has used no less than three different kind of key
switches for IIe keyboard, so make sure you have compatible key switches
before tearing into that old IIe keyboard for parts.
