That IIgs specific Ultima 1 you mention above is indeed a fine game 
release from Vitesse.  The President of Vitesse sent me a copy of it by
snail mail - with premission to make it available from my website, in ShrinkIt
archived file format - a few years ago.  If and when I can find it, I'll make
it available from my website.
