When Vitesse went out of business, the owner offered to allow Shareware
Solutions II to distribute their software. Due to legal reasons, Ultima I
was not one of the titles offered.
 
Vitesse licensed Ultima, and that license was not transferable. As a matter
of fact, Vitesse's license expired after just one year. So, Kevin Johnson
did not have the authority to grant that permission.
 
So, should I contact Kevin or Burger Bill and ask them if this is a 
plain garden-variety lie, a bald-face lie or a damned lie?
