Numeric Keypad

I dug up a numeric keypad on a recent treasure hunting expidition, but I
do not have the interface that is required to use it. If memory serves,
I belive that this is just a ribbon cable that goes from the numeric
keypad connector on the motherboard, and runs to the back of the case
terminating in a female DB-15. Is this correct or is there a card
involved? Does anyone have one?

Alternatively, does anyone have the specs on one of these? if it's just
a cable, I can build my own prvided someone can supply me with the
pinouts.
