Rev. C Followup

Thank you to everyone who posted to my questions regarding the Apple Rev
C SCSI card. Particular thanks go to David who correctly diagnosed the
problem as being related to the EPROM, and to Paul who made a new Rev C
EPROM for me. This card is now fully functional and works in both a GS
and a IIe.
