UDC should say VTech on it somewhere. Video Technology
made it. It was sold under the Laser name. You put it into
slot 5. You usually can then remove the controller from slot
6 since the UDC will map your 5.25 drives to slot 6 if you
also have two 3.5 drives (which get mapped to slot 5).
