Apple IIc start-up disk needed

I have an Apple IIc purchased  for my 10 year old who is dyslexic.
The teacher gave her several Special Ed  3.25 disk for the GS.

I need a start up disk and a way to use the 3.25 disk by upgrading or finding a
GS. would like to use IIc even if I have to purchase the GS.

Urgent response trying to teach her to read
