Umm, where did Pim confess to being quantum_tiger?  I must have missed
it.

The way I saw things was like this:

quantum_tiger made a post that I won't repeat here (because it really
was disgusting)

Then you posted:

Then Pim responded to you with:

Which looks to me like Pim is simply making a guess as to what
quantum_tiger accomplished and was upset by the fact that
quantum_tiger might have managed to make you angry after Pim had tried
so hard to do so.

I don't see any confession of Pim being quantum_tiger.  I wouldn't be
too quick to send abuse complaints to his ISP unless I was sure that
Pim did indeed post that message signed quantum_cat.
