ADT not working with ProDos?

Hi,
After lots playing with SSC dispwitches I managed to get comms happening
between my Apple][e and my Laptop. I have downloaded ADT succesfully to the
A2 and it seems to run OK. DIR works but when I go to send it says I don't
have a 16 sector disk. Now this boot disk has ProDos 1.0.1 with 280 blocks
which I think is 16 sectors. Does ADT work off a ProDos disk.
I think this machine was sold with ProDos only, though I had a DOS3.3 at
sometime but appears to be lost.
Any chance of a nice person sending me a DOS3.3 disk if that is what I need?
