This is probably the "Prairie Power Pack" setup.  If so, its a large
(about 2 ft by 2 ft by 6 inch thick) tan canvas bag, with space for the
IIC, lcd screen, floppy disks, and a sealed lead acid battery...which is
the part that's so heavy.  They were commonly sold by  I used to use
just such a setup several years ago to write reports, etc. at the
different schools I travel to...till I was given the first of four (so
far) employer purchased PowerBooks.   For what its worth...the company
that made those was bought out by another company called "Lind
Electronics" located in Minnesota.  More recently Lind has been
advertising powerbook accessories, including battery chargers, and
cables to run PowerBooks from automobile cigarette lighter socket
connections.  Who knows what parts they might still have for the IIC
power pack?
