For an 80 column card? Those are 1403 for the horizontal and 1531 for
the vertical cursor position.
What other addresses are you looking for? There is a lot of
information available all over the Internet. Just search with your
favorite search engine. One place to look (though not in any way the
best) is my own Apple II docs area at http://home.planet.nl/~nipp/docs/

Yes... Formally, esc 4 and esc 8 work only when the 80 column
firmware is active. Esc 4 puts you in 40 columns, but this is not the
same as switching the 80 column card off. (You'll notice that the
cursor, which is a blinking chequerboard in standard mode, changes to
a white square in 80 mode, and remains that way if you switch between
80 and 80 columns). You will need to type esc ctrl-Q to switch the 80
column firmware back off again.
