Well, you have already established the basic link. So about the only thing on the SSC is the interrupt settings. I can't remember if ADT requires this since it is on by default on my 2c. Try this setting first. If that didn't help, the problem lies with the XT and the serial card it uses, although normally the older cards are not a problem. Phoenyx
