Apple CP/M diskettes are really standard 16 sector disks, just like
DOS 3.3 and ProDOS, which is why DSK2FILE works with them. However,
I've never
come across the read errors you mentioned when using DSK2FILE on my IIgs
at
"fast" speed. Are you using an accelerator? Perhaps your drive is on
the
edge of being "close" to the right speed and this causes the errors. (?)
Have others seen this behavior when using DSK2FILE on a IIgs? Just
curious.
