Need advice about a Magnavox RGB Monitor

Hello to all you Apple II users.

Last night my Magnavox RGB monitor model# 1CM135 2941
died. This is the last of the second party RGB monitors made for
the Apple IIGS. I bought it from Quality Computers.

All it does now is make a whistling sound &
the power on light is out.
Anyone have any ideas on what is wrong with it.
Is it worth fixing? Can it be fixed?
Any help would be appreciated?
