Perhaps for the ISDN. I live in the boonies and can't get an
ISDN link. It's supposed to work for dual 56k modems also,
but I have had little luck with any of the 9x Windows and
getting a stable connect on the second modem. I have had
much better luck with the proxy I use, in spite of the
costs.
