Well, I don't know about twenty unless you count the variations of
Linux as different OS's. But then again, when we had a variety of
MsDos clones around, it forced the competitors to come up with some
great improvements.
I can see advantages and disadvantages to a MS breakup, but it won't
change it's dominance any time soon. In fact, it really gives MS a
better chance to grow even larger.
