If you want a sure fire way to turn on 80 columns, just use a CALL to the
decimal equivalent of $C300. This works since Apple Pascal compatible 80
column displays (which the built in display certainly is) are guaranteed
to be activated when you call their firmware entry point. That's how you
use 80 columns in assembly programs, you don't monkey with PR#'s.
