Approximately 1.0227 MHz, assuming you are talking about an NTSC model.
(The PAL IIe and IIc are slightly slower.)

The exact figure is 14.31818 MHz divided by 14 (plus or minus crystal
error), but it isn't quite that simple: every 65th clock cycle in NTSC
versions is stretched by 1/7th of a cycle (two counts of the 14.31818
MHz clock).
