Franklin Ace 100?

A friend just gave me an old Franklin Ace 100. From what I've found
out, it's an Apple II clone and was the first one in the Franklin Ace
line.

How many of these Ace 100's were made? When was it made? How common is
this model? What software do I need to boot it? What software can I run
on it? What's the value of something like this? Any info would be
great.

It's a very interesting looking computer. It has a VERY home-made look
to it. It's got a card that's a printer interface and a card that is
for hooking up disk drives. I didn't get a drive with it. It does start
up and I believe it would work fine if I had an old apple drive to hook
up to it. It's been A LONG time since I used Apple II computers. Anyone
out there with an antique computer museum that's looking for this
piece?
