While I'm not familar with the 'extra' card, the system is
an Apple //e (not c).

The //e has the card slots and the cream 'pop-top' case.
The //c is smaller, with an internal side-mounted drive
and in a white or off-white case.. and with ahandle as it
was a (trans)portable machine - almost a laptop but thre
was no built-in monitor.
