Help With AppleTalk Error (Sys 6.0.1)

Whever I boot GS/OS 6.0.1 it stops with a screen saying something like
"AppleTalk Port cannot be found" -- I thought I had removed all the
AppleTalk drivers (the ones with AT in the names). What files do I still
have installed to get rid of this problem? 

Also in the STARTUP directory there are two files TS2 and TS3. What do they
do? Do I need them? (Woz Ltd Edition is what I have)
