Re: GBBS Question

This is just a stab in the dark, but have you thought about simply sending the 
text string "RING" to the serial port in the apple system and then seeing what 
would occur?  I know that there is a numeric equiv to the "RING" string, and 
something in my mind says it is "04" (ZERO FOUR) but I could be mistaken.  
Never thought about trying any of those things back when I was still running 
the system, but that also shows what 15 years of things sitting dormant in the 
back of the mind will do to ya!
