Very misleading to generalize, but I would say Woz the most ambitious,
Jobs manipulative, and Gates unruthlessly greedy.

Woz is the most ambitious because: He designed, built, tested and
programmed real hardware. After accomplishing one successful career, he
went on to another, teaching. Jobs and Gates have evolved in their
careers, through the use of and at the expense of others, but have never
independently shown ambition in the sense of accomplishing something
without the use of the talents of their employees and friends. Both Jobs
and Gates have demonstrated a immensely huge need for fame and fortune
that Woz has no desire to pursue. (One minor flaw in my argument is that
I believe Gates actually did programming early on and so did actually
accomplish tasks on his own. Downhill since then however. I am unaware
of anything Jobs has ever done except use other people's money and
talents and ideas.)

Of the three, who is happier? All three have affected the lives of our
youngest generation. Which one has helped the children the most out of
unselfish love for humankind? Gates has given the most money, Jobs has
given the most fruity colors, Wozniak has given ... skills and hope.

How do you measure ambition?
