There was a beige 800K that worked with Mac Pluses and 512Es before IIgses and
grey 800Ks showed up. I've never heard of nor seen a grey version of the old
beige 800K with no eject button or in use light or daisy chain port. The
grey 3.5s with those features were out before Apple totally converted from
beige to grey.
