Okay. The way you worded it originally it sounded like you were
saying that Apple couldn't get a license to distribute their own
software. :-)
However, like I said before, I'll have to check with Apple sometime
when I get a chance but it seems to me that if ProDOS is classified as
"System Software", a term that means restricted distribution
copyrighted freeware, then getting a license from Apple Computer Inc.
to distribute their "System Software" should also cover ProDOS as well
as all the other software they have that is classified that way.
I could be wrong, though.
