That one sounds like the Z-80 with extended 80 column text card combo they
sold if I'm remembering what I read in magazines like 16 years ago. That'd
make it different from their peripheral slot type cards that work in other
Apple II models as well.

Pretty rare. I have two cards for Apple IIIs on hand but only one card for
an Apple II. You'll want to get a normal SCSI drive and card for a IIgs.
Ignore anyone who tells you to gut the old and scarce Profile to convert
it into a SCSI drive.
