It was the fact that Rubywand's trying to fantasize that sites like
Asimov are legal. At best they're a grey area. Copying software in
violation of the Copyright laws is illegal. Nobody's bloodly likely
going to do anything about the Apple II software, but it is illegal,
not legal as Rubywand likes to push.
I think if Rubywand would just say that copying out of date
copyrighted software is illegal, this discussion would probably
go away.
