The Rubywand entity will have to speak for itself.

However, it sounds to me that you require a grovelling capitulation
before you will deign to let this discussion end ?

Your points are so firmly, vehemently and uncompromisingly put, it
suggests you are REALLY sure that absolute truth is on your side.

You may well be right.
However, you may also be wrong, or do you think this to be impossible ?

For example, (and you'll no doubt tell me if I'm mistaken), I'm not
aware that the 'abandoned (software) relic' argument has ever being put
up for court adjudication. The maritime analogy may seem oblique, but
it certainly has a history, and is enforcable in international law.
The courts may just agree to this, and other like arguments, who knows ?

There is a REAL possibility that you are quoting a spurious (personal)
interpretation of copyright laws. Many an 'it's-obvious' interpretation
of international law has proven to be wrong.

I suggest that we let the *REAL* A2 copyright holders battle it out, or
at the very least, put their views on public record, if they have any
interest in doing so. To this point they do not seem to be interested.

There is definitely no need in this forum for self-appointed guardians
or zealots, of any persuasion.
