I guess from your mail address that you're in the UK. There are still a
few Apple II users in the UK -- ask on uk.comp.sys.mac or uk.comp.misc
-- and you may be find somebody local to you with the kit to transfer a
5.25" disk to an image file.

If you are stuck and are happy to trust sending your disks through the
post, let me know.
