It is sad, but it is true.  There is not much action for the 8-bit Apples
these days (except for the stuff from Texas II and the former Apple
II Mail Group).  However, there is still some action in the Apple IIGS'
16-bit world.  There are internet software and programming
languages from recent developments and with MUG!, a shareware
program still supported and being updated by the author, you can
cut the Mac out of the loop for Apple II to PC transfers.  Simply
use the IIGS.

Thanks to the fact that the Apple IIGS is an Apple II, activity in the
16-bit world of the GS still means Apple II activity.
