If so, a gender changer should fix the situation.
Hint: If you get a serial card for the Apple, you need to make sure that
the detachable "tail", which connects to the card inside the computer
case and ends in the actual DB-25 port on the outside, is present.
Remember Apple cards don't integrate themselves directly into the back
of the computer, so they often need such attachments, which tend to get
separated from the cards themselves when non-expert people deal with the
hardware, for example selling stuff bit by bit.
Building such a "tail" for the Super Serial card isn't all that hard,
but it's unnecessary work if you look at what you get.
And I'd definitely second the recommendation to get one of those cards.
ADTPro can also work through the Apple's built-in tape audio ports and a
PC soundcard, but that mode of operation is a lot slower than a direct
serial connection.
