Superdrive controllers are rare enough that they go
for $120 on the average. They are equally sought
out by collectors and users alike. Have one of
these cards and a superdrive on a IIe and the price
automatically jumps beyond $99.
Other possibilities: Apple High Speed SCSI card.
Often goes for $60 to $70 (about half the original
value of the card).
ZipChip IIe/IIc 8Mhz, a pretty rare accelerator that
averages what, $80 (up to $100 or so)?
The IIe units are not worth $99, but what is in them,
the rare (to collectors) and flashy (to power user)
items are.
