One interpretation might be the original cost of a fully loaded IIe
as it came from Apple on the day it came out which would be high
enough. However if you add 3rd party stuff from 1983 like hard drives
and memory , you could easily  end up with a 5 digit number. Personally
I doubt anyone will come close to meeting the reserve
