It should be possible, although I have never tried it with NT. Using GNU
programs, I have successfully done this with Windows 98 and FAT32. The
trick is to place the boot code on the partition without Windows. I expect it
is the same for NT. This method is not recommended for the average user
as it requires some technical knowledge.
Since all this user wants is to run ApplePC, I think he would be better off
using a boot floppy.
