Looking for a IIGS boot disk

Hello,

I am in need of a system boot disk for my AppleIIGS that I bought used without
any software, but two drives(3.5,5.25).  I intend to use it to do file copying
from a 5.25 drive to a 3.5 drive(then on to a mac).  Is there anyone that can
help me with a disk like this, that will enable me to simply "drag" files from a
5.25 volume into a 3.5 volume?  And possibly the ability to format an HFS 3.5
disk?  I heard that macs cant read PRODOS disks(the GS standard?) very well.
