Term program on a disk?

I'm going to need to transfer some stuff from my Mac to my IIgs (which
is running ProDOS 8 4.0.2), and I know that I need a terminal program
on the Mac and on the IIgs and that I need a null-modem cable, etc. 
But the problem is, if I can't make valid disks with my Mac (which is
why I need to do the null-modem thing), then I can't just download a
term program and put it on a disk.  So, would anyone be willing to mail
me a disk with a copy of a good, free term program.  I'll pay for
shipping and the disk, and a little extra for the effort.  email me,
