HFS formatted zip disks work fine! 
Esp. w/ the GenEx extrated driver from tip you gave me several weeks ago,
thanks!
BUT I have a PRODOS formatted disk that was sent to me; the Mac will not
mount that one and I am not sure of the reason why........
