You can get the Second Sight SVGA card for the Apple IIGS
from http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential Systems.

Another option is an external scan doubler designed for the
Amiga.  These work on the IIGS too, but you'd have to
construct your own cables.

Final option is to get a qualified monitor technician to change
the sync of the monitor from 30Khz to 15Khz.  Jim Poore
who used to post to csa2 did just that using his knowledge
of monitors.

All three options have SVGA or VGA monitors in mind.
