Okay; I'll email a copy.
Here are some good materials to look for ...
Assembly Lines: The Book by Wagner
Beagle Bros "Peeks, Pokes, and Pointers" (poster)
Programming the 65816 Including the 6502, 65C02, and 65802
by David Eyes and Ron Lichty
65816/65802 Assembly Language Programming by Fischer (less an Apple II
focus than the Eyes and Lichty book)
What's Where in the Apple II? by William F. Luebbert
Good sources on 6502 programming which do not have an Apple II focus are
the Programming Manual for the KIM 6502 development system and The First Book
of KIM.
Lots of Apple II users start out doing 'machine language' programming in
the monitor. This works fine up to a point.
As your programs get bigger, you will discover that being able to
quickly move code around and having name Labels for routines and branches is
_very_ handy; so, you will want to use an assembler. Two good 6502 (up
through 65816) assembler series are Merlin and Orca/M. Merlin is out of
print. Orca/M is sold and supported by Byte Works.
