Type "PR#3" to enter 80-col mode.

Sure.  Just make sure that the 3.5" drive is in one slot (ie. Slot 5)
and the DuoDisk is at another (ie. Slot 6).

Just make sure that the drive controller cards for both the Duo and 3.5"
are there.
